How Do I Change My Email Address? While we are unable to share or change account information while communicating with a different email address than that associated with your account, changing your email address is easy!
By logging in and heading to 'My Account', you are able to update your account information. To make these edits, you will need to use the email address given during sign up to log in (using the exact format entered at creation, even if incorrect) and select 'Account' from the My Account dropdown menu.

How long will my book stay in the system? We know that some people finish a LoveBook® in an hour and some take many months. Once you set up an account and begin creating your LoveBook we will strive to preserve the data that makes up your book's content long enough to allow you to complete it to your satisfaction.
We do not promise to store the data indefinitely, however, and reserve the right to delete it if you have not logged into your account for over one year. We will also give you notice if at any time we make changes in our system that limit our ability to store your data.
If at any time and for any reason you want us to delete your data, please choose “Account” from the My Account dropdown menu, and the “Delete Account” button to process the request for your account to be deleted.

How does this work? Everyone has a unique love story. The LoveBook® Book Building System lets you tell that story by listing all those special reasons why you love them. Start making your LoveBook by selecting the "Get Started" tab on our home page.

How many pages can I have in my book? We charge a single flat price for all books, regardless of page count. Each book must have at least 40 pages to ensure structural integrity, with a maximum of 200 pages.
What are the dimensions of the LoveBooks? LoveBooks are approximately 8.5 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide (Standard A5 European size). For more information on the details, check out our Pricing and Shipping page.
Can I change the font in my book? You can! We now offer 26 different fonts and unlimited color options for the text on your LoveBook pages.
How will the pages be printed in my book? New books have pages printed on both the left and right side of the spread, with the first page being on the right side of the book.
On older books the pages are only printed on the right side of each 2-page spread, with the first page being the right side of the book. Old books do not print on the left side of the spread. Also, please keep in mind that if you choose a background color for your page, then the entire corresponding left side page will be that same color.
Your back cover will be a continuation of the front cover color, with a small LoveBook logo.

What language do you support? We are currently able to print any language using the English Latin alphabet, Extended Latin alphabet, and Cyrillic alphabet that is written from left to right. Any languages requiring right-to-left format are currently unavailable as we cannot guarantee correct formatting.

How do I purchase a digital book? You can purchase a digital copy of any traditional LoveBook by becoming a LoveBook+ member, which entitles you to FREE UNLIMITED digital books. Once you are a member, simply head to My Books and click Publish Digital Book, then click Configure.
What digital book formats do you offer? You can download your digital book as a PDF or EPUB or access it on the web using a private link. You can designate your private web link as invitation-only, or make it accessible by anyone who has the link.
How do I access my digital book? Once you purchase or publish your digital book, head to My Books and click Configure to access the available formats.
Can I still order Black & White books? All new books created will feature our updated LoveMoji™ characters. Any books previously created using our older system (stick figures) are now unavailable as we continue to update and improve our product.
Can I add photos to my book? At this time we do not offer a photo upload option as we are unable to control the print quality of foreign images. Many of our customers choose to add blank pages to their books and then add their photos once they have received their book.

Can I print my own LoveBook from screen shots of images I create on lovebookonline.com? Can I sell copies of any of my LoveBook content? No to both. Our Terms of Service give LoveBook users specific rights to the content we help them create with our artwork and technology. Namely, the right to order high-quality gift items, including digital and print LoveBooks which our global network of printers will faithfully reproduce your expressions of love for sharing with special people.
Can I edit my book and pages on a mobile device? Yes! We recently updated our system and you can edit your LoveBook via any mobile device.
Can I create children LoveMoji Characters? Our Book Building process provides the option to create books from children to parents! When creating a new LoveMoji character, you will be given the option to create a child LoveMoji, which will be sized accordingly in every page they appear in!
How many children LoveMojis can I include in my book? We are happy to announce you can now add multiple children LoveMojis to your LoveBook as givers! At this time you can add up to 5 child LoveMojis to your LoveBook.
Can I include multiple LoveMojis on the cover? We do offer covers with multiple Lovemoji on them! However at this time we are unable to feature multiple LoveMojis on our covers if your book is created with multiple children givers. If you do create your LoveBook using multple givers, you will be given the choice of covers with the receiver only or covers that feature no LoveMojis.
Can I change the characters on the pages once selected? You will have the opportunity to edit any of your pages once your LoveBook has been built. At that time please click on the page you would like to edit and swap one child giver for another. Please be sure to review all pages for accuracy using the preview book button before ordering your LoveBook.
Can I have multiple child givers in my Personalized Activity Book? At this time we do not allow Personalized Activity Books featuring a child giver.
LoveBook+ Membership Information
Do I have to buy a membership? Not at all! While a LB+ membership does allow you to receive free digital books, discounts on physical books, and more, you are still able to purchase a LoveBook on its own.
What do I get with a LoveBook+ membership? When you join LoveBook+ you receive 50% off all printed LoveBooks, unlimited free digital books, and additional discounts on our other products including personalized activity books and gift boxes. No additional promo codes needed!
How do I purchase a LoveBook+ membership? You can sign up for a LoveBook+ membership by going to the Membership page of our site and clicking the Get Membership button. This will add the membership to your cart and automatically apply all available discounts to your order. Please note that while we are unable to accept PayPal or Apple Pay for membership payments, we do accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do memberships renew automatically? Yes, memberships will automatically renew one full year from the date your order is placed.
Can I cancel my Membership? You can cancel your membership renewal at any time by choosing “Account” from the My Account dropdown menu and clicking the Cancel Membership button. Please keep in mind that this will only cancel the automatic renewal of your membership for the following year. All benefits of your current membership will remain in effect until then.
Do promo codes work with Memberships? Promo codes are not required, as our best discounts are already included in your LoveBook+ Membership.
Are any add-ons included with subscriptions? LoveBook+ memberships provide you with unlimited digital books and discounts on all other products including personalized activity books and gift wrap options.
It is not allowing me to purchase my membership with PayPal or Apple Pay, what do I do? Due to their own internal systems and regulations, PayPal does not allow for renewing payments. We are unable to accept PayPal or Apple Pay as a valid payment method for LoveBook+ memberships. Instead, we require a valid credit or debit card.
How Much Does a Lovebook+ Membership Cost? An annual LoveBook membership costs $19.95 a year. This membership allows customers exclusive access to create unique gifts and personalized books at a discounted price for everyone in their life and for all special occasions throughout the year. Memberships include 50% off printed LoveBooks and free unlimited digital LoveBooks. The gift-giving possibilities are endless with your membership!

LoveBook Kids Books
How many pages does the Kids Book have? Our Kids Books contain 25 pages within, printed on both sides giving each book 50 printed pages total!
Can I add multiple children in my Kids Book? Currently our Kids Book can only include a single child, however we are always looking to expand and improve our products so keep an eye out for future updates!
What size are Kids Books? Our Kids Books are 11 inches wide, and 8.5 inches tall.
Can I edit my Kids book? Our LoveBook Kids books allow you to create your child to include in the book as well as enter your own dedication, though currently do not allow for the editing of individual pages within.

Payment Methods We currently accept payment from the major credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and pre-paid gift cards! If you use a foreign financial union or a card that is not accepted, you can link them to a PayPal account and pay that way as well!
Please note that attempting to use multiple pre-paid gift cards will require you to link those cards to a PayPal account, and proceed with the checkout process using this method.

My credit card will not work, but all my info is correct. What is wrong? The reason you may be getting declined is due to a security measure put in place by the credit card company. If the credit card company sees an internet purchase that is not typical for you, they will sometimes block the purchase. If this is your first time purchasing with us, your financial institution may have stopped the transaction.
The way to resolve this is to call the number on your card and tell them that you are trying to make a purchase from us.

Where does my coupon code go? We offer Promo Codes periodically which you can find at the top of any main page of this website! Discounts received via promo codes are only applied to the cost of your LoveBook and do not affect the cost of add-on products, shipping or taxes.

How do I buy multiple copies of the same book? Yes you can! Simply add the book to your cart then head to the cart to update the quantity.
Can I order multiple books at the same time? Yes you can. This is a great way to save money as you only pay to ship the first item -- everything else is shipped FREE!
After Your Order Is Placed
There is an error with my book. What do I do? If you received your order and there is a printing error (Misprinted pages, cut off text, wrong book, damaged in shipping, missing pages, incorrect page order.) we will reprint and reship a new book to you at no extra cost. Please CONTACT US immediately and we will review your order.

I just ordered, can I make changes? Once your book has been approved and purchased, the file is sent directly to our printer. Because of the automated nature of this process we cannot guarantee that we will be able to allow changes. However you can contact us via this contact form and we will do what we can to help facilitate the necessary alterations if at all possible!

Where is my tracking number? If you have selected a method of shipping that includes tracking, your tracking number will be emailed to you AFTER your book has been printed and packaged for shipping. The processing time varies based on a number of factors including order volume, day of the week, and your shipping destination. During December, January, and February our holiday turnaround times will increase by a day or two.
When you select a shipping method you will be given an Estimated Delivery Date. You should receive your order ON or BEFORE this date, however we cannot guarantee delivery by that date. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 2 business days of your Estimated Delivery Date.

- Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
- Check your mailbox. Smaller items or items in soft packages are likely to be delivered there.
- Check for a parcel locker key. If your mailbox is in a cluster box unit (i.e., several mail boxes clustered together) or your package is addressed to a P.O. Box, check your box for a key to a parcel locker where the package may have been delivered.
- Check for a mail hold. If the U.S. Postal Service is holding your mail, your package won't be delivered.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
- Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) What is your refund policy? Due to the customized nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If your book arrived with printing errors, manufacturer defects, or shipping related damage, please CONTACT US so we can replace it ASAP. If you provide evidence of these issues within 90 days of receiving your LoveBook, we will reprint and reship a new book to you at no extra cost. We are not otherwise responsible for user caused errors such as spelling mistakes or incorrect character selections.

Where is my receipt? Once your order is placed, you should receive a receipt from noreply@lovebookonline.com delivered to the email address given during the sign up process! If you cannot locate your receipt, please check your spam/trash folder to see if it arrived there.

I'm shipping to an APO/FPO and it's past my Estimated Delivery Date. What now? When shipping to an APO/FPO, the Estimated Delivery Date represents when the order will be received by the APO/FPO. It does not include the time it takes for the APO/FPO to deliver it to whatever military base it is being shipped to.

I just received an "Advanced Shipping Notice" What is that? The "Advanced Shipping Notice" is an email that we send when your order has been completed and put in the hands of our delivery services.

My shipment said it is being returned to you, what do I do? Packages may be marked "Return to Sender" or "Undeliverable" if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided or if the shipping company was otherwise unable to complete delivery. Some of these packages actually make their way back to us, but many do not (even if they are marked as returned). You may be charged a new shipping fee and, in some instances, an administrative fee for a new order to be printed. Please CONTACT US so we can investigate further.

Do your packages require a signature? The requirement for a signature is solely based on whether or not the delivery person believes that the package will be left in a safe place. If the delivery person cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they may leave a delivery attempt notice.

This is being sent as a gift. Do you send receipt info? What does the packaging look like? All LoveBooks are shipped in discreet packaging to keep it a surprise. The outside packaging does not have the purchasers information, it is shipped with LB, LLC on the return address.

Do you ship to correctional facilities? Yes! LoveBook can ship to correctional facilities/prisons. There are a few items to keep in mind when shipping to correctional facilities.
1. Yes, our online receipt will have both your shipping and billing info on it.
2. If you are sending to a prison, please keep in mind that it MUST be sent via our Standard shipping (United States Postal Service).
3. You MUST include the inmate number in the Name Field of the recipient.
4. You MUST select a soft cover book only. Hard covers are generally not permitted in correctional facilities.
5. We cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered to your receiver and we are not responsible for packages that are returned, refused, or are otherwise not delivered. Please be sure to provide the name and address in the correct format, which you can find on the facility's website. Can you ship my order to a hotel? While we are able to ship to hotels or resorts, we do not encourage this due to a number of factors all relating to human error on the side of both the shipping courier and the hotel/ resort itself.

I can't save my changes in the Page Editor. This option is only available for Desktop books. This does not apply to mobile. If you are having trouble seeing the SAVE or Cancel button on the Page Editor your browser may be zoomed in. Hold CTRL and press 0 (zero). It will set your browser view to 100% and you should be able to see the buttons.
If you have multiple tool bars at the top of your browser, try going full screen by pressing F11. This may temporarily help open the browser up so you can save.

My pages are not loading in the preview. If you're viewing the Preview and the pages are blank or not showing the updated changes, you can try clearing your browsers cache. Sometimes older images will get cached on your computer making it look like the pages have not updated or look like broken links.

How do You Arrange Pages in a LoveBook? If you would like to arrange your LoveBook pages to be in the order you wish, you can easily do this by clicking "Edit Pages" in the My Books section of your account. From here, you will see the option to move them at the bottom of each individual page; Simply hold and drag the blue arrows to drop pages wherever you see fit.
