Operations Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing

Assist in coordinating and overseeing our organizational operations. You will be working to maintain and improve printer, shipping, and operational efficiencies, procuring materials and resources, as well as monitoring vendor compliance. Ultimately, the Operations Coordinator will be trusted to help LoveBook remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business.

Qualifications
  • Proven work experience in operations and customer service
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Help to improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Assist in purchasing materials, monitoring workflow and oversee printer and shipping efficiency
  • Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
  • Assist in formulating and implementing operational improvements
  • Assist in examining financial data and use the data to improve profitability
  • Help to manage budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in performing quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Communicate and work with customer service with respect to operational impacts on customer satisfaction
